Anaardana Chutney
Chutney is an integral part of Indian Cuisine. Most common chutney, which is widely eaten with Indian snacks is Green chutney. This chutney is pretty different from Green Chutney, but fits pretty well with Indian Snacks. Two main components of this chutney are Anaardana and curd.
You can serve it with any vegetarian or non vegetarian snack; be it tikkas, kebabs or pakoras.
Ingredients:
1 small onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
½ inch piece of ginger
2-3 green chili
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp anaardana powder
1 tbsp dried mint
3 tbsp thick curd
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a mixer jar, combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.
2. Dish it out and refrigerate.

Garlic Chilli Chutney recipe with step by step
This chutney made with spicy dry red chillies, garlic cloves, ginger and some spices,
It is vey famous,tasty, delicious and easy to make.
This chutney can be served with almost every dish like Bread, Chapati, Bhakri, Paratha, Dosa, Bhel, Khichadi.It stays long and cab be store in a refrigerator also.
ही चटणी मसालेदार कोरडी लाल तिखट, लसूण पाकळ्या, आले आणि काही मसाल्यांनी बनलेली,
हे प्रसिद्ध, चवदार, रुचकर आणि बनविणे सोपे आहे.ही चटणी ब्रेड, चपाती, भाकरी, पराठा, डोसा, भेळ, खिचडी अशा जवळजवळ प्रत्येक डिशबरोबर सर्व्ह करता येते.ही चटणी खुप दिवस टिकते आणि फ्रिज मध्ये पण ठेवू शकता.
INGREDIENTS:
15-17 Any Spicy Dry Red Chillies
5-6 Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies
15-17 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger (Cut Into Pieces)
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Salt Or As Per Taste
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
4-5 Tbsp Oil
Warm Water to Soak
METHOD :
1.Remove the seeds of both red chillies
You can wear plastic bags Or hand gloves
2.Add both the deseeded red chillies in warm water
Cover and soak them for 30 minutes
3.Once soaked, take out them in a mixer jar
You can use the water to grind
4.Add the garlic cloves, ginger pieces and cumin seeds
Grind it first without water
5.Add the water(2-3 Tbsp) Or as required to grind well
You can grind it fine paste or coarsely
6.Keep aside the coarsed garlic-red chilli paste
7.Heat the oil in a small kadai
8.Once the oil is medium hot,
Add the coarsed garlic- chilli paste in the oil
9.Add the salt
Mix and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame
Keep stirring
Once the chutney becomes thick and start to release the oil
10.Add the lemon juice and mix
Cook it again for 2 minutes
11.You can add a pinch of asafoetida and sugar
12.Garlic Red Chilli chutney is ready
Then off the flame
13.Once cooled, store in an air-tight jar
It can be preserved for a long time Or store in a refrigerator
14.It can be served with almost every dish like Bread,
Chapati, Bhakri, Paratha, Dosa, Bhel, Khichadi.
